  • You gotta get Destin on this. Do a collab with Smarter Every Day. He'll figure it out.

    • what exactly is there to work out? physics...

    • O

    • O

    • O

    • O

  • Finally demoltion people who dont say like 50 cuss words every 2 seconds

  • Shockwave effect.

  • BARRET 50 cal from cod bruh so many memories

  • We all know the strongest magnum is the one from cod

  • I would be terrified about ricochet.

  • No but whistlinDeisels head can...

  • I’m just here for the science

  • Almost at 10 mill let's goooo

  • Can an object stop a high caliber firearm videos always end well

  • you have a wild imagination

  • It's the same concept of Newton balls, the transference of energy carries through to the other side

  • creative way to start a forest fire in 3 month time

  • Not only did he lose his marbles... but he shot them too.

  • starts at 4:19

  • Type on search Nuski Gang Dsco - Money Mode

  • the fact he has almost 10M and not verifired gives me anxiety

  • 10:37 When the final boss dies:

  • Let's put my arm in the line of fire??

  • Bad ass as usual

  • the reason there is a crack on the back is i believe the energy keeps traveling through and how the molecular structure disperses energy

  • Who eles liked the outro

  • I think it a compression wave that goes through the glass. Just a thought. Either way real cool 😎.

  • when did his hair get grey man

  • It’s like if u break boards and the one one the back breaks the momentum goes through smoothly until it feels the end and all the resistance hits the back

  • At least you didn't try this with a book someone held in front of them

  • In Cold War it can

  • Probably should have worn a face mask. You've got glass dust in your lungs and it'll be there the rest of your life.

  • wow... look at that conchoidal fracturing

  • They're called 'conchoidal fractures'. Predictable fractures, in this case in glass, that are the basis of producing all lithic stone tools aka 'flint knapping'.

  • he said radius but he meant diameter this is for all the people who get mad at simple stuff like that

  • 7:59 i think its just the energy from the bullet that cracks it

  • Man ) Don't learn physics at school and your future life will be filled with magic. )))

  • what ROS thought happened to the deathstar

  • watching this in vr rn

  • Check out something called Newton's Cradle for the physics involved.

  • I’ve never watched the Outro and it’s dope😂😂

  • It is called vibration

  • good luck with the copd.

  • I believe its the pressure traveling throw from the impact zone to where the bullet would exit

  • might be some glass dust in the air that's why u sneeze

  • He’s sneezing from the microscopic glass particles in the air. It’s great on the lungs.

  • nine million people. Hmm, well well, lets have a look.

  • you know how hard it is to break a marble? and now a 40lb 1 is eating bullets

  • bro if there was an apocalypse imma head to his house

  • What's happening with the back is a dislocation of the crystal structure of the ball ass energy is propagated through. Would be cool to mount strain gauges to a datalogger to capture how the stress moves through the glass from the force of impact

  • 15:29

  • 14:05 gotta love the heavy bolt of the 50. cal

  • 14:05 for actual 50 .cal

  • Grow up you sad pethetic man

  • *Being actual magic* Global occult coalition (fiction): I bet it won't survive a good ol' kiloton thermonuclear bomb

  • 12:30 OMG aSsAuLt WeApOn!

  • I'd watch inhaling that glass dust, it may not give you silicosis, but it's still irritating to the lungs and eyes. That might be why you had the reaction you did.

  • anyone think this guy looks like chris pratt

  • Wow that was just the intro?! That got me

  • That intro tho

  • It's probably the kinetic energy from the bullet passing through the glass, then at the other side it meets the air (which it cant send any kinetic energy into) so the force comes to a full stop and breaks part of the glass on the other side. Not sure though

  • Im no physic man but best guess, shockwave from front went through and broke the back. Again no physics man I barely passed chem.

  • that glass ball is tuff as all hell it tanked 3 44.mag rounds before shattering

  • I believe that it is worth using the pipe as a springboard to put a cylinder in the pipe and shoot at its bottom so that after hitting the cylinder, the cylinder clearly flies up

  • I think the back is cracking because of the way the glass balls are made sort of in layers, so the upper layers carry the shockwave and when they meet in one point in the back it makes a crack, still just my theory

  • energy from the impact travel to the other side and make that other crack.. but what i want to know.. the bullets explote? they just slam and explote against the glass..

  • I thought u only tested guns Not being a comedy man Well I'm all for it man!

  • Im gonna do some research but I believe the ball broke the way it did was due to kinetic energy traveling through the glass.

  • Glass ball: Exist 50 cal: And I took that personally

  • Standing waves, the point on the back is where the "ripples" from the impact on the other side all collect at the same point creating much more violent peak vibrations. Basically, all the ripples hit each other at the same time creating a much larger one that breaks the glass.

  • i think that's called a wallshot

  • Me before watching video: No way. Me after watching video: No way.

  • Breaking force, because it is crystal, the force goes all the way through, and forces off a small peice

  • so trippy

  • Of course you are sneezing, you were breathing glass dust.

  • 3:33 it would have been hilarious if both balls completely shattered.

  • who's here because this man look like edge

  • Me who just clicked on this video No no a bullet will not stop glass

  • I find it more mysterious that the ball never fell off the wooden stand it was on.

  • can i buy that hellcat for 1000???

  • you're breathing in glass shards bro... thats why you're coughing and sneezing

  • i have a quesstion .....do you know physiks? The weird thing that explains why the glass ball is hit from one side but still the other side gets impactet somehow? cuz thats like basic physik knowledge lol

    • What is physiks?

  • I think the logic is that because it's straight up solid and thick, it's force goes to the sides and meets up again at the bag what makes a big power force and cracks the back.

  • Mount a pistol to the bottom of an ar-15

  • Nothing can handle 50cal

  • A 2 minute intro.......nice

  • Thumbnail: bullet says hi to glass and wrist

  • The gleaming fish morally file because basement aesthetically hang sans a plant iran. right, rapid brake

  • resonance

  • you should partner with the slo-mo guys and see if you can see the "counter" impact if thats what its called

  • Glass is a liquid. If we existed in speed time we'd see it flow.

    • Glass is not a liquid. Glass is an amorphous solid.

  • The reason it makes a ripple and the back of the globe is effected is because glass is actually a liquid.

  • I always wondered is demolition ranch monetized

  • This will be Recommended 11 years later

  • Why 6k dislikes tho.......

  • Glass fragments are actually a fire hazard for the forest. Hope you found them all really.

  • Incendiary means It's setting burnable objects on slight fire, not exploding!

  • Him:"hey bro can i borrow your fushigi collection?" Friend:"for what?" Him:"no reason in particular.."

  • Transfer of kinetic energy, so the remainder of force from the round travels through the ball and then gets sent straight to the back without stopping (Kinda like why guns have a chamber and barrel so no energy is lost) to the back knocking the chunk out.

  • (Shoots the front of the glass ball) The glass shards in the back: *Ight imma head out*

  • Inhaling glass dust im allergic 🤧

  • Thepressure wont get inside in fact it spread on surface until it reaches one place and it cracks it

  • What is happening is the bullet impact is sending a shockwave through the glass ball, but since it is a sphere, the shockwave bounces and focuses on the exact opposite side of impact, creating a high pressure point. The spread out shockwave does nothing to the rest of the ball, only when it becomes focused on the opposite side does it have enough energy to crack or break the glass. This can also be done by exploding a massive nuke on one side of the moon...once detonated shockwaves will pass through the moon and focus on the other side, creating a spire of moon material exactly opposite of the initial explosion. "The more you know" (Rainbow and star)

  • 1. the reason you get cracks on the opposite site of the ball is because of the conservation of momentum (just like newtons cradle) 2. The reason you sneeze is because you breathe in tiny glass particles that irritate your nostrils.
